Its no secret that water can help a hangover the morning after, but drinking it on the night of may prevent it all together. Alcohol dehydrates your body of fluids, so the more water you drink, the more fluids you replace and the better you will feel. Try going one-for-one by matching a glass of water with each alcohol drink you consume. For instance, 1 shot= 1 glass of water, 2 glasses of wine= 2 glasses of water. If it seems too trying, try two-for-one. In addition to keeping you well hydrated, this technique can regulate your alcohol consumption as well.
