When life gives you lemons, make lemon water!

Even the smallest changes in our routine can have a big impact on our health. Drinking lemon water in the morning is one of the best things you can do to kick start your day!

The recipe is simple: after you wake up, squeeze ½ a fresh lemon into a glass, fill it with warm water and drink up! Because of how hard lemon juice can be on the enamel of your teeth, it’s important to dilute it with water of any temperature (though warm water is best).
