Welcome to Cheers to Water! We are dedicated to educating university students on the importance of drinking water and the many surprising health benefits that water can bring you.

According to a study conducted by Thermos Australia, 80% of Aussies who fail to drink the daily recommended amount of water feel an impact on their body.

We are not here to tell you that you need to drink 8 glasses of water every day to function properly. In fact, there is actually no formal recommendation for the daily amount of water people need! What we do know is that making the choice to add more water into your diet everyday will help you improve your health and overall wellbeing. The same study also found that:

  • Almost three quarters (69%) notice feelings of dehydration when they fail to drink enough water
  • Over half (57%) get headaches when they haven’t had enough water, while a further 44% experience exhaustion.

Nearly all of our systems do not function as well without a substantial water intake. The problem is that it can be SO easy to forget to drink it. Trust us, we know! We are here to educate you and provide you with the information that you need to take the simple step to drink more water. Give us a chance to convince you and then try it for yourself.
